We provides you a variety of delivery options to fulfill customer needs. Here is a list of delivery options and charges applicable.

Note:

• Shipping speeds cannot be expedited.
• Once an order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.

Track Orders & Shipments

• All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you accordingly.

• If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know via WhatsApp or Email when you place your order.

• An email confirmation with your tracking details and an approximate time-frame will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order directly with the delivery service provider, we are happy to track it for you if you wish.

• Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you if need be.

• Please note: We require your residential or office address for courier delivery.
