Replacement Policy

Suzantech offers a replacement policy for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Products that are not eligible for replacement include:

  • Products that are purchased from unauthorized dealers

The following conditions must be met in order to exchange a product:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

Shipping

Suzantech will ship the replacement product to you at no charge. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back to us.

Keep the receipt and any shipping labels that came with the product.

Pack the product carefully so that it does not get damaged during shipping.

Ship the product back as soon as possible.

Refund

If the replacement product is not available, Suzantech will issue you a full refund.
